All rates are in local currency. The tax apply for bank tax 3% will add on the total payment. Tickets are generally for the period in which they were purchased. Merchants may apply additional terms and conditions which will be listed separately on the ticket. Please review all terms and conditions before purchasing.
Wos Tubing Bali reserves the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions. If we have to cancel a tour due to such circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the tour will be moved to another day.
If you cancel the tour within 48 hours before the departure date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 47 hours or up to 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the price. If you cancel less than 24 hours or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the price.
We are not responsible for changes to tour schedules due to reasons beyond our control. (i.e. weather, road blockages, ceremonies, animal conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances).
